Monday 15 September. BOZAVA TO VELI RAT: On the beach; To the lighthouse

Another trip up and out of Bozava to Sakarun beach, where we arrive very early. We treat ourselves to sun loungers and umbrella. Swim, walk, eat picnic lunch and so the day goes by. We then cycle to the lighthouse at Veli Rat, and have a beer in the campsite there. A long, long uphill slog to get back to Bozava, but with fabulous eventual descent. Not the best meal out the other restaurant in the village and we are met by two large and very spotted toads on our doorstep on our return!
